In 1999, the practice was restructured as a Partnership between Jonathan
Stockdale and Andrew Tindale-Paul. Andrew joined the practice
in1995 and was promoted to Associate in 1998. Having obtained an honours
degree at the University of Portsmouth in 1992 he worked for two different
south coast practices providing him with quantity surveying and project

He qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1995 just after joining
Stockdale.
The Partnership was further expanded by the addition of Greg Franklin
in early 2007. For a number of years Greg was managing director of a construction
company which he left in 2003 to join Stockdale. Having attended Anglia
Ruskin University he obtained a Graduate Diploma in Building Management
Studies in 1989, the same year as he qualified as a member of Chartered
Institute of Building.
The Team
In addition to the partners, Stockdale have a committed team of senior,
project and assistant quantity surveyors and a building surveyor providing
input on party wall, health and safety and Building Regulation matters.
The surveyors are supported by administrative colleagues. Clients benefit
from a very low turnover of team members which enhances the team spirit
within the practice and encourages stable long term relationships.
